摘　　要：本文报道了淄博一四八医院收治一例鼻病首诊的Wegener肉芽肿,此病发病低,为免疫系统疾病且无特异性,发病隐匿,疾病初期的局部及全身表现不典型,局部病变破坏力强,鼻病变时易与鼻脓肿、真菌性侵袭性鼻-鼻窦炎、淋巴瘤、中线癌等混淆,经耳鼻咽喉头颈外科、病理科、影像科、内分泌科等多科室检查协作及病例讨论,最终诊断依据充分,Wegener肉芽肿诊断明确,免疫抑制剂、糖皮质激素治疗有效,一般远期预后不良,晚期肺、肾脏等多发脏器损伤导致功能衰竭。This paper reports a patient treated in Zibo hospital,960 Hospital of PLA,Who was the first to see a patient with a nasal lesion of wegener granulomatosis,The incidence of this disease is low,and that is an immune system disease and no specificity,The disease is occult and that the local and systemic manifestations in the early stage of that are atypical,the local lesions of this disease are destructive,It is easy to be confused with nasal abscess,lymphoma,NUT and other diseases in the case of nasal lesions,through the cooperation of Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and neck surgery and pathology、Imaging、endocrinology and case discussion,Finally,a sufficient diagnosis basis is obtained,the diagnosis of Wegener’s granuloma was confirmed,immunosuppressant and glucocorticoid are effective in the treatment of this disease,but,The long-term prognosis of most patients is poor,Multiple organs of this kind of disease injuries such as lung and kidney will lead to functional failurein the late stage of the disease。
