信息茧房调节下创业学习对商业模式设计的影响研究

摘　　要：创业学习在商业模式设计过程中起着重要作用,而在信息时代每个人都会陷入“信息茧房”效应当中,那么信息茧房是否会对创业者的商业模式设计决策产生影响?基于商业模式研究的认知视角,从个体学习和组织学习两个创业学习层次出发,构建创业学习驱动初创企业商业模式设计的逻辑关系模型,同时考虑大众传媒环境下的信息茧房现象在此间存在并对设计结果产生影响。通过对322名创业者开展问卷调查并进行实证分析,研究表明:在创业过程中,组织学习与创新型商业模式设计相匹配;信息茧房客观存在于创业学习驱动商业模式设计过程,并在一定程度上限制了创业者的创新行为。Entrepreneurial learning plays a significant role in promoting business model design.In the information age,everyone will fall into the information cocoon effect.Will the information cocoons have an impact on entrepreneurs’business model design decisions?Based on the cognitive perspective of business model research,starting from the two entrepreneurial learning levels of individual learning and organizational learning,this study constructs a logical relationship model that drives the business model design of start⁃ups through entrepreneurial learning.At the same time,it is also taken into consideration that the phenomenon of information cocoons in the mass media environment exists in this process and has an impact on the business model design outcome.Through a questionnaire survey and empirical analysis of 322 entrepreneurs,the research finds that in the process of entrepreneurship,organizational learning matches the design of novelty⁃centered business models;information cocoons objectively exist in the process of business model design driven by entre⁃preneurial learning,and it,to a certain extent,limits the innovative behavior of entrepreneurs.
