摘　　要：儿童权利保护强调尊重儿童的主体地位、尊重儿童的人格平等、保障儿童的游戏权利。从教育伦理学视角看,幼儿园接待活动的为他性、择优性和表演性在一定程度上影响了儿童权利保护伦理责任的落实。为保障儿童权利,应当树立儿童优先的伦理责任次序,提高伦理自主性,增强儿童权利保护意识。This article argues that protecting children's rights requires to respect children's subjectivity,respect their equal personality,and guarantee their right to play.From the perspective of educational ethics,there is a conflict between the forhimself,selective,and performative nature of kindergarten reception activities and the protection of children's rights.In order to protect children's rights,an ethical responsibility order with children as a priority should be established,and the ethical autonomy should be stimulated to enhance the awareness of protecting children's rights.
