摘  要:本文从福利多元主义理论视角出发,针对我国当前育儿支持实践中存在的问题,提出建构由政府、市场、社会和家庭分权与参与、以育儿支持智慧化平台为联通载体的数字化育儿支持体系的设想,强调多主体共建,合力支持家庭育儿;多层次提供数字化资源,全面满足家长育儿需求;多路径提供数字化服务,协同促进家长参与。This article proposes a vision for the construction of a digital parenting support system,which is connected by a parenting support inteligent platform and empowered by a multi-stakeholder approach of government,market,society,and family participation and decentralization,based on the perspective of welfare pluralism theory to address the problems in current parenting support practices in China.It emphasizes multi-stakeholder collaboration to support family parenting,multi-level provision of digital resources to comprehensively meet parental parenting needs,and multi-path provision of digital services to promote parental involvement.
