“双减”背景下家庭因素对小学高段学生睡眠质量的影响——基于对成渝地区408名小学生调查

摘  要:为了解成渝地区小学高段学生睡眠质量,探索“双减”背景下家庭功能、感知父母冲突和情绪安全感对小学高段学生睡眠质量的影响,运用家庭功能问卷、父母冲突儿童知觉量表、情绪安全感问卷和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表等研究工具对成都市、重庆市两所学校共408名小学高段学生展开调查。调查发现,67.28%的成渝地区小学高段学生能在22时前入睡,82.20%的成渝地区小学高段学生能保障每日9小时以上睡眠,且睡眠障碍检出率显著低于“双减”前同年龄段多地结果;家庭功能、感知父母冲突、情绪安全感与小学高段学生睡眠质量显著相关,其中情绪安全感能显著负向预测学生睡眠质量,这说明“双减”后成渝地区小学高段学生睡眠质量有所提高,且家庭因素对小学高段学生睡眠质量影响显著。基于此,建议家庭成员间要有合理的角色分工与积极的情感支持,家长要帮助子女建立情绪安全感,并引导子女形成良好的睡眠习惯和健康的生活模式来保障子女拥有良好的睡眠质量。To understand the sleep quality of upper elementary school students in the Chengdu and Chongqing,and to explore the influence of family functioning,perceived parental conflict,and emotional security on their sleep quality under the background of“double reduction”,a survey was conducted among 408 upper elementary school students from two schools in Chengdu and Chongqing by adopting the Family Functioning Questionnaire,Children’s Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale,Emotional Security Questionnaire,and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.It is found that 67.28%of upper elementary school students in the Chengdu and Chongqing were able to fall asleep before 10 p.m.,and 82.20%could guarantee more than 9 hours of sleep per day.Moreover,the detection rate of sleep disorders was significantly lower than the results of the same age group in the same area before the implementation of“double reduction”.Family functioning,perceived parental conflict,and emotional security were significantly associated with the sleep quality of upper elementary school students.Particularly,emotional security significantly negatively predicted students’sleep quality,indicating an improvement in sleep quality among upper elementary school students after the implementation of the“double reduction”policy,with significant impacts from family factors.Based on these findings,it is recommended that family members establish reasonable role divisions and provide positive emotional support.Parents should help children develop emotional security and guide them to form good sleep habits and healthy lifestyle patterns to ensure that their children have good sleep quality.
