摘  要:劳动教育融入新时代高职人才培养具有重要的现实意义。在对现阶段高职人才培养中存在的劳动教育意识培养相对薄弱、劳动教育教学活动融入不够、劳动教育考核评估有待完善等现实问题进行深入分析的基础上,提出重视劳动教育的价值引领作用、加强劳动教育的“知行合一”性、构建劳动教育多元考核评估机制三个建议对策,以期有助于高职学生形成良好劳动意识、塑造优秀职业素养,为推动中国式现代化建设培养更多德技双修的人才。The integration of labor education into the cultivation of vocational talents in the new era has important practical significance.Based on an in-depth analysis of the current problems in the cultivation of vocational talents,such as relatively weak awareness of labor education,insufficient integration of labor education into teaching activities,and the need for improvement in labor education assessment and evaluation,three suggestions and countermeasures are proposed:emphasizing the value-leading role of labor education,strengthening the“unity of knowledge and action”of labor education,and constructing a diversified assessment and evaluation mechanism for labor education.It is expected to help vocational college students form a good sense of labor,shape excellent professional quality,and cultivate more talents with both moral and technical skills to promote the construction of Chinese path to modernization.
