摘　　要：科学客观的专业群评价,是促进专业群建设不可或缺的衡量手段,对推动高等职业教育高质量发展起到了重要作用。为科学地构建专业群评价体系,将基于学习产出的教育(OBE)理念融入改良导向评价模式(CIPP)中确定评价指标和体系结构,采用层次分析法(AHP)-模糊综合评价(FCE)作为计算分析方法进行指标权重分配和综合评价,构建了一个以学生发展为核心的专业群评价体系。研究发现,该评价体系应用于连云港职业技术学院食品生物技术专业群评价中,能够准确地反映出专业群各阶段评价结果,及时发现问题并加以解决,促进了专业群的高质量发展。Scientific and objective evaluation of professional groups is an indispensable measurement means to promote the construction of professional groups,which plays an important role in promoting the high-quality development of higher vocational education.In order to scientifically construct the professional groups evaluation system,the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)is integrated into the Context Input Process and Product(CIPP)to determine the evaluation indexes and system structure,and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)is adopted as the computational analysis method for the allocation of the indexes’weights and the comprehensive evaluation,so the professional groups evaluation system focusing on the development of the students is constructed.It is found that the evaluation system,applied to the evaluation of the professional group of food biotechnology in Lianyungang Technical College,is able to accurately reflect the evaluation results of the professional group at various stages,identify and solve problems in time,and promote the high-quality development of the professional group.
