摘　　要：随着信息技术的飞速发展和印刷行业的转型升级,印刷专业研究生教育面临着新的挑战和机遇。同时随着专业学位研究生招生规模的扩大,学术学位、专业学位研究生的培养模式趋于同质化,教育质量往往难以得到有效保障。本文通过分析当前印刷专业研究生的培养现状,结合高校研究生教育的特点,从进行多元教学与课程创新、加强对论文的过程管理、对导师队伍进行强化与结构优化、研究生生涯教育和就业引导等四个方面展开论述,提出适应时代发展的印刷专业研究生分类培养模式。With the rapid development of information technology and the transformation and upgrading of the printing industry,the postgraduate education in printing major is facing the new challenges and opportunities.At the same time,with the expansion of professional degree postgraduates enrollment and the homogenization of academic degree and professional degree graduates training models,it is often difficult to effectively guarantee the quality of education.In this paper,based on analyzing the current training status of postgraduate students in printing majors,combined with the characteristics of postgraduate education in colleges and universities,the four aspects were discussed including diversified teaching and curriculum innovation,strengthening the process management of thesis,strengthening and structural optimization of the tutor team,and career education and employment guidance.A classified training model for postgraduate students in printing majors was proposed to adapts to the development of the times.
