摘  要:深入推进研究生教育分类发展,对于构建高质量教育体系和加速教育、科技、人才强国建设具有重大意义。当前,轻化工程专业学位硕士研究生培养面临课程体系不合理、双导师协同机制不完善以及培养质量评价不科学等挑战。为应对这些挑战,研究者提出了基于实践能力的“3+3+4”校院企协同培养模式。该模式通过分阶段递进式的能力培养和构建多元创新实践平台,以及深化校、院、企三方合作,旨在全方位提升研究生的实践创新能力。该模式致力于培养具备创新精神和应用能力的轻化工程领域高层次人才,以满足地方经济社会发展的需求,推动专业学位硕士教育的分类发展,并进一步提升专硕教育的整体质量。It is of great significance to promote the development of postgraduate education classification in depth for building a high-quality education system as well as accelerating the construction of a strong country in education,science and technology,and talents.Currently,the cultivation of master’s degree students in light and chemical engineering is facing challenges such as irrational curriculum system,imperfect dual tutor collaborative mechanism,and unscientific evaluation of cultivation quality.To meet with these challenges,the researcher proposed a“3+3+4”school-institute-enterprise collaborative cultivation model based on practical ability.The model aimed to improve the practical innovation ability of postgraduates in an all-round way through progressive ability cultivation in stages,construction of multiple innovation and practice platforms,and deepening the tripartite cooperation among universities,colleges and enterprises.The model is dedicated to cultivating high-level talents in the field of light and chemical engineering with innovative spirit and application ability,in order to meet the needs of local economic and social development,to promote the classification development of professional degree master education,and to further improve the overall quality of professional master education.
