摘 要:研究生教育在当前高等教育体系中占据着重要地位,而研究生分类培养模式则是适应不同需求和目标的重要举措之一。分类培养模式下,学术学术研究生培养课程体系与专业学位研究生在课程设置、课程结构、课程内容与课程评价方面均存在较大差异,课程体系建设难度进一步增加。本文将研究生分类培养的现状与分类培养模式下研究生课程体系建设规定性进行对比分析,发现现行课程目标、课程结构、课程内容与评价整体偏向于学术型,教学方法未能与本科阶段形成明显区分,对学术型、专业型两类人才的实践能力、职业精神、科研水平等关键素养提升效果不明显,与分类培养预期目标存在较大落差。进而提出分类培养模式下研究生课程体系建设的策略,以期为我国研究生分类培养模式的有效落实提供参考。Postgraduate education occupies an important position in the current higher education system,and the classified training mode for postgraduate students is one of the important measures to adapt to different needs and objectives.Under the classified training mode,there were great differences between the curriculum systems for academic degree postgraduates and the professional degree postgraduates in the aspects of curriculum setting,curriculum structure,curriculum contents and curriculum evaluation,which further increased the difficulty of the curriculum system construction.In this study,the current situation and the regularity of the curriculum systems for postgraduates were contrasted under the classified training mode.It was found that the current curriculum objectives,curriculum structure,curriculum contents and curriculum evaluation tend to be academic,the teaching methods were not significantly different from those in the undergraduate stage,the improvement effect on the practical ability,professional spirit,scientific research level and other key qualities of the two kinds of postgraduates was not obvious,and there was a big gap between the status and the expected objectives of the classified training.Then the strategy of the construction of the graduate course system under the classified training mode was proposed to provide reference for the effective implementation of the classified training mode in China.
