摘 要:目的探讨在肾内科教学中应用以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)的价值。方法选取2020年1月—2022年6月在滨州医学院烟台附属医院肾内科见习的212名见习生展开研究,遵从“平衡序贯法”分组,将其分为对照组(106名,PBL)和观察组(106名,PBL联合CBL)。比较2组见习生的肾内科业务成绩、肾内科业务掌握程度及教学质量。结果教学后,观察组业务兴趣、自主学习能力、独立思考能力、基础能力、学习效率、回答问题踊跃程度等各项肾内科业务成绩高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组理论考试、实操训练、病历书写、沟通能力、综合表现等各项教学质量得分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组对肾内科业务掌握程度高达96.2%,高于对照组的84.9%(P<0.05)。结论在肾内科教学工作中建议采纳PBL联合CBL教学法,可有效提升见习生业务成绩和教学质量,并能提高见习生对肾内科业务掌握程度。Objective To experience the value of applying problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in nephrology teaching.Methods A total of 212 interns in the department of nephrology,Yantai Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical University from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected for the study.Following the"balanced sequential method",they were divided into control group(106 students,PBL)and observation group(106 students,PBL combined with CBL).The performance,mastery and teaching quality of nephrology were compared between the two groups.Results After teaching,the observation group had higher scores in renal department,such as business interest,independent learning ability,independent thinking ability,basic ability,learning efficiency,and activeness in answering questions than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of theory examination,practical operation training,medical record writing,communication ability and comprehensive performance in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The mastery of nephrology business in observation group was 96.2%,higher than that in control group(84.9%)(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching method is recommended in the teaching of nephrology,which can effectively improve the business performance and teaching quality of trainees,and improve the mastery of nephrology business of trainees.
