摘 要:目的探讨基于问卷调查的以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合3D解剖软件的教学模式在中医骨伤科学临床实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年8—9月于首都医科大学附属北京中医医院病房内可以进行住院医师规范化培训的40名医师为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各20名。以膝关节解剖和磁共振(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)诊断为授课知识点,对照组采用PBL进行教学,观察组采用基于问卷调查的PBL结合3D解剖软件的教学模式。评价2组的考核成绩及激发学习兴趣、提高自学能力、提高临床思维能力和教学满意度方面的差异。结果观察组的专业考核成绩为(85.47±11.09)分,高于对照组的(77.40±10.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的学习兴趣、自学能力、教学满意度提高占比均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床思维能力方面,2组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于问卷的PBL结合3D解剖软件的教学模式可在中医骨伤科的教学中发挥积极作用。Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with 3D anatomy software teaching model based on questionnaire in the clinical internship teaching of orthopedic of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 40 physicians who underwent standardized training for resident physicians in the ward of Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Capital Medical University from August to September in 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 20 physicians in each group.The control group was taught with PBL,while the observation group was taught with PBL combined with 3D anatomical software based on questionnaire surveys.The differences in assessment scores,stimulating learning interest,improving self-learning ability,enhancing clinical thinking ability,and teaching satisfaction between the two groups were evaluated.Results The professional assessment score of the observation group was(85.47±11.09)points,which was higher than(77.40±10.50)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of improvement in learning interest,self-learning ability,and teaching satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of clinical thinking ability,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of combining questionnaire based PBL with 3D anatomy software can play a positive role in the teaching of orthopedic of traditional Chinese medicine.
