摘 要:为了分析双列调心滚子轴承故障位置,基于动量定理建立了缺陷处冲击载荷计算公式,引入缺陷位置分段函数和承载区分段函数,建立了双列调心滚子轴承外圈和内圈含缺陷的非线性动力学方程,并利用Matlab/Simulink进行数值仿真,得到了不同转速下缺陷轴承的振动加速度,由仿真结果可知:轴承转速越高,缺陷冲击载荷越大,且冲击载荷在轴承底部最大,沿两侧逐级递减。最后对该动力学方程仿真结果进行了试验验证,试验测得振动加速度与仿真结果基本一致,验证了冲击载荷计算公式和动力学模型的正确性,根据冲击载荷类型可清晰判断缺陷所在位置。In order to analyze the fault location of double-row self-aligning roller bearings,this paper established a formula for calculating the impact load at the defect based on the momentum theorem,introduced the defect location segment function and the load differentiation segment function,established the nonlinear dynamic equation of the outer and inner rings containing defects of double-row self-aligning roller bearings,and carried out numerical simulation using Matlab/Simulink.The vibration acceleration of the defective bearing at different speed is obtained.The simulation results show that the higher the bearing speed is,the larger the impact load of the defect is,and the impact load is the largest at the bottom of the bearing and decreases step by step along both sides.Finally,the simulation results of the dynamic equation are verified by experiments,and the measured vibration acceleration is basically consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the correctness of the impact load calculation formula and the dynamic model,and the location of the defect can be clearly determined according to the impact load type.
