习近平法治思想浙江实践对新时代高校法治人才培养的范式意义

摘　　要：习近平总书记指出,人才是衡量综合国力的重要指标。坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的本质要求和重要保障是依法治国。不断开创依法治国新局面,优质高效建设新时代法学“三大体系”离不开人才保障。高等学校肩负培养德法兼修的高素质法治人才的重任,是新时代法治人才培养的第一阵地。加强法治人才培养需要从实践中汲取养分。习近平法治思想的浙江实践,对于新文科建设背景下法治人才培养具有重大范式意义。归纳习近平法治思想浙江实践的范式意义,能够在理论和实践上指引价值认同形塑、法学知识传授、法治思维养成和司法能力训练的法治人才培养全过程。新时代法治人才培养要以人民性塑造新时代法治人才的价值认同,以系统性构建新时代法治人才的知识体系,以规范性训练新时代法治人才的法治思维,以创新性提升新时代法治人才的司法能力。General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out that talent is an important indicator of comprehensive national strength.Adhering to and developing the essential requirements and important guarantees of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the rule of law.Continuously creating new situations of governing the country according to law and constructing the"three systems"of law with high-quality and efficiency in the new era cannot be separated from talent guarantee.Higher education institutions shoulder the important task of cultivating high-quality legal talents with both virtue and law,which is the primary field for cultivating legal talents in the new era.Strengthening the cultivation of legal talents requires drawing nourishment from practice.The practice of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in Zhejiang Province has paradigmatic significance for the cultivation of legal talents under the background of constructing new liberal arts disciplines.Summarizing the paradigmatic significance of the practice of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law in Zhejiang Province can guide the whole process of legal talent cultivation in terms of shaping values,imparting legal knowledge,cultivating legal thinking,and training judicial capabilities in both theory and practice.The cultivation of legal talents in the new era should shape the value identity of legal talents in the new era with populism,systematically construct the knowledge system of legal talents in the new era,standardize the training of legal thinking of legal talents in the new era,and innovatively enhance the judicial capabilities of legal talents in the new era.
