摘 要:针对传统备件管理过程采购不科学和库存控制不合理等问题,结合小规模装备备件仓库的实际,提出了一种针对小规模备件库存管理的离散动态模型,利用迭代最小二乘法辨识模型参数,进而针对优化指标提出最优决策算法。实例结果表明:该方法可对备件库存数量进行动态调整,明显降低采购和运维成本。To solve the traditional problems of spare parts management such as unscientific pro-curemnet and unreasonable inventory control,a discrete dynamic model for small scale spare parts inventory management was proposed with the consideration of the insufficient volume of small scale equipment spare parts warehouse.In the proposed method,the iterative least square method was used to identify the parameters.Furthermore,the optimal decision-making method for the optimized indexes was put forward.Results of case study showed that the proposed meth-od can adjust the inventory amount dynamically and reduce procurement and management cost significantly.
