摘 要:随着国家“建设高质量教育体系”目标的提出,高校要实现教育高质量发展,学校整体的治理水平和效能提升必不可少。绩效管理作为学校管理的一个关键环节,通过建立高校发展战略、目标分解和业绩评价体系,将绩效考核结果用于高校的日常管理活动中,以激励教职工的整体业绩持续提升,最终实现高校的战略目标。通过分析高校构建绩效管理体系的重要性和原则,从绩效目标设定、绩效考核方法制定、绩效管理实施和绩效反馈与改进四个方面研究构建高校绩效管理体系的实践路径,为今后进一步完善高校绩效管理体系提出改进方向。To achieve high-quality educational development in line with the national goal of“building a high-quality education system”,universities must enhance their overall governance and efficiency.Performance management,as a crucial aspect of university administration,involves establishing university development strategies,decomposing goals,and evaluating performance.Besides,the results of performance assessments can be employed in the daily management of universities to motivate faculties and staff,leading to continuous improvement of their overall performance and ultimate attainment of the university’s strategic goals.This study mainly analyses the importance and principles of constructing a performance management system within universities.It also explores practical approaches to building a university performance management system through four aspects:setting performance objectives,de⁃veloping performance assessment method,implementing performance management,and providing per⁃formance feedback and improvements.Additionally,it offers recommendations for further refining the university performance management systems in the future.
