摘 要:协作机器人是与人类在共同工作空间中有近距离互动的机器人。相对于传统工业机器人的普及使用,协作机器人还处于工业化应用的早期阶段。协作机器人在人机交互的应用场景中,有明显的优势。从多角度分析了协作机器人与传统机器人的差异特点并进行了详尽地对比。探究了协作机器人在车身车间的潜在应用场景,从人机交互安全的角度重点分析了协作机器人使用的关键点。以某车型侧围区域协作机器人应用为例,对车身车间协作机器人应用中操作人员与协作机器人共同活动空间的安全方案进行了探讨,并对车身车间协作机器人应用典型的安全特性进行了介绍,为将来协作机器人在车身车间的推广应用提供借鉴,以及其他工业化应用场景具有一定的借鉴意义。Collaborative robot is designed to interact closely with human in shared workspace.Compared to widespread use of traditional industrial robot,collaborative robot is still in early stages of industrial application.Collaborative robot has obvious advantages in application scenarios of human-computer interaction.Differences and characteristics between collaborative robot and traditional robot from multiple perspectives are analyzed and a detailed comparison is provided.Potential application scenarios of collaborative robot in car body workshop are explored,the differences and characteristics between collaborative robots and traditional robots are compared and analyzed from multiple perspectives.Application of collaborative robot in side panel area is taken as an example to explore safety scheme of joint activity space between operator and collaborative robot,and typical safety characteristics in application of collaborative robot in car body workshop is introduced.It provides reference for promotion and application of collaborative robot in car body workshop in the future,and has certain reference significance for other industrial application scenarios.
