摘  要:文章通过整理《老老恒言》相关内容,从声音、光照、温度和湿度的角度,探讨卧室环境与老年人睡眠和健康的关系,并结合现代研究阐述其科学性和现实指导意义。不良的卧室环境不仅影响睡眠质量,还直接或间接的危害人体健康。“养静”“日出而作,日入而息”“顺四时而调寒暑”等传统养生理念指导下,合理的建筑设计、适用的环境改善辅助器具有助于改善卧室环境、促进睡眠、保养健康。By sorting out the relevant content of Laolao Hengyan,the influence of bedroom environment on sleep health in the elderly,from the perspective of sound,light,temperature and humidity is explored.Combined with the modern research,this paper expounds its scientific and practical significance.A bad bedroom environment not only affects sleep quality,but directly or indirectly harms to human health.Under the guidance of the traditional health concepts such as ‘achieve true peace of mind' ‘activity with sunrise and rest with sunset' ‘adjust the temperature according to the season',reasonable architectural design and applicable environmental improvement assistive devices are beneficial to improving the bedroom environment,promoting sleep quality and maintaining health.
