摘 要:茅盾的文学复译观是茅盾翻译思想的重要组成部分,但其文学复译观一直以来没有引起学界的足够关注。本研究简要梳理茅盾文学复译行为的社会历史文化语境,概述其文学复译实践,阐述其文学复译观,并对其文学复译行为进行文化阐释。茅盾的文学复译实践和对复译的理性思考,完全出于他对文学翻译事业的钟情和对时代重要翻译问题的深入思考与关切。本研究深化了茅盾翻译思想研究,丰富了文学复译研究内涵,为中国翻译文学史和翻译家研究提供了鲜活素材。Mao Dun’s thoughts on literary retranslation constitutes a crucial aspect of his broader translation ideology,yet it has not received the attention it merits in the academic community.This study briefly delves into the socio-cultural and historical context that shaped Mao Dun’s practices in literary retranslation.It outlines his endeavors in this field,elucidates his views on literary retranslation,and culturally interprets his actions in this context.Mao Dun’s engagement in literary retranslation and his thoughtful reflections on the process are fueled entirely by his passion for literary translation and his profound contemplation of pivotal translation issues of his time.This research deepens our understanding of Mao Dun’s translation ideology,enhances the depth of literary retranslation studies,and provides source materials for the study of Chinese literary translation history and translators.
