摘  要:专业化职业化专家化建设是辅导员队伍建设的核心所在,而教育家精神中所凝练出的教育家和优秀教师的精神内核、信念品质、师者境界和价值旨趣等内容,为辅导员队伍专业化职业化专家化建设提供价值、情感与实践方面的标准规范与依据参考。教育家精神以其宝贵的实践结晶和精神财富,从政策回应、时代需要和队伍赋能等维度为辅导员建设指明了方向。教育家精神引领辅导员队伍建设是社会、高校及辅导员自身均需遵守的价值准则与应然路径,更是辅导员队伍专业化职业化专家化建设的最终向度与发展指南,应从目标导向、动力生成、队伍培育及评价更新等维度,助力辅导员队伍建设长远发展。The construction of professionalization,vocationalization,and expertization is at the core of the advisor team construction.The spiritual core,belief quality,teacher's realm,and value purpose condensed in the spirit of educators provide the standard norms and reference basis for the value,emotion,and practice of the advisor team's professionalization,vocationalization,and expertization construction.The spirit of educators,with its precious practical crystallization and spiritual wealth,points out the direction for the construction of the advisor team from the dimensions of policy response,the needs of the times,and team empowerment.The spirit of educators leading the construction of the advisor team is a value norm and ought-to-be path that society,universities,and advisors themselves need to abide by.It is also the ultimate direction and development guide for the professionalization,vocationalization,and expertization construction of the advisor team.It should help the long-term development of the advisor team construction from the dimensions of goal orientation,power generation,team cultivation,and evaluation renewal.
