摘 要:教育家精神是教育家在教育实践活动中长期积累形成的精神特质与精神风貌,具有深刻的思想内涵和鲜明的价值导向。如何让正能量也能澎湃出大流量,是考验融媒体时代传播力的一道问题,融媒体时代的教育家精神传承,不仅要适应新媒体环境的变化,还要学会借力变化之势,既主动“入圈”,又积极“出圈”。本文围绕群体聚集、界限设置、焦点关注、情感共享四个要素,通过构建“身份触觉—内容触达—信念触动—行为触发”的师范生传承教育家精神互动仪式链,强化与师范生受众的联结,提升身份认同和针对性,具化共同焦点,明确教育家精神为每一位未来教师提供了不断奋斗的目标价值。The spirit of educators is the spiritual traits and demeanor formed by educators in long-term educational practice activities,which has profound ideological connotations and distinct value orientation.How to make positive energy also surge into high traffic is a problem testing the communication power in the era of integrated media.The inheritance of the spirit of educators in the era of integrated media not only needs to adapt to the changes in the new media environment,but also needs to learn to leverage the momentum of change,both actively"entering the circle"and actively"exiting the circle".This article revolves around four elements of group gathering,boundary setting,focus attention,and emotional sharing.Through the construction of the"identity touch,content reach,belief touch,behavior trigger"interactive ritual chain of normal university students inheriting the spirit of educators,it strengthens the connection with the normal university student audience,enhances identity recognition and pertinence,concretizes the common focus,and clarifies that the spirit of educators provides a target value for every future teacher to strive for.
