摘  要:工程类专业学位研究生产教融合是产业系统和教育系统互补互融、双向赋能、价值共创的实践,二者共同支撑着工程类专业学位研究生教育高质量发展,具有聚集性、非线性、“流”特性、多样性等特征。借鉴复杂适应系统理论的“刺激-反应”模型与回声模型,本研究提出了工程类专业学位研究生产教融合系统的单主体自适应微观行为模式与多主体交互宏观行为模式。面对环境的复杂性和不确定性,推动工程类专业学位研究生产教融合系统构建要主体联动,发挥产教融合系统生态圈的共生效应;资源统整,建立全链条式异质资源跨界联盟;机制创新,探索产教融合系统多层次调控机制。The integration of industry and teaching in engineering professional degree graduate education is a practice of complementary and mutual integration,two-way empowerment and value co-creation between the industrial system and the education system,which together support the high-quality development of engineering degree graduate education,characterized by aggregation,non-linearity,"flow"and diversity.Drawing on the stimulus-response model and the echo model of complex adaptive system theory,this paper constructs two basic operation modes of the industry-teaching integration system of professional graduate education:individual adaptive micro-behavior mode and multi-subject interaction macro-behavior mode.Facing the complexity and uncertainty of the environment,the construction of engineering degree research production and education integration system should be linked by the main body to give full play to the symbiotic effect of the ecosystem of industry-education integration system.The resources should be unified to establish a cross-border alliance of heterogeneous resources of the whole chain.The mechanism should be innovated to explore the multilevel control mechanism of the integration system of industry-education.
