摘 要:为了提高我国重载铁路货车的制动缓解一致性,降低列车纵向力,文章对无线电空制动系统结构及关键技术展开了研究。以LoRa无线网络作为列车的制动缓解信号的传递载体,通过设计车辆自发电装置为无线电空制动系统提供电源,并在朔黄线对装备无线电空制动系统的万吨重载列车进行了试验验证。结果表明,该技术能有效提高列车队中各位置车辆的制动缓解同步性,降低列车制动缓解过程中的车钩力,缩短列车制动距离。In order to improve the consistency of brake release of heavy-haul railway freight cars in China and reduce the longitudinal force of trains,the structure and key technologies of Wireless Electronically Controlled Pnematic(ECP)braking system are studied in this paper.LoRa wireless network is used as the transmission carrier of train brake release signal,and the self-generating device of vehicle is designed to provide power for wireless ECP brake system,and the test verification of 10,000-ton heavy-haul train equipped with wireless ECP brake system is carried out on Shuozhou-Huanghua Railway Line.The results show that this technology can effectively improve the synchronization of brake release of vehicles at various positions in the train fleet,reduce the coupler force in the process of train brake release,and shorten the brake distance of trains.
