摘　　要：虚拟现实技术在高职劳动教育中大有作为,尤其是其沉浸式的特点,有助于提高高职劳动教育的实效性。基于虚拟现实技术,做好高职劳动教育沉浸式教学设计,要明确劳动教育沉浸式教学设计的对应问题,满足高职学生沉浸式劳动教育的学习需求,营造高职劳动教育沉浸式教学的环境氛围,发挥高职劳动教育沉浸式教学的价值作用,推动虚拟现实技术与劳动教育同向同行、同频共振。Virtual reality technology has great potential in higher vocational labor education,especilly its immersive characteristics,which helps to improve the effectiveness of higher vocational labor education.Based on virtual reality technology,to do a good job in the design of immersive teaching in higher vocational labor education,it is necessary to clarify the corresponding problems of immersive teaching design in labor education,to meet the learning needs of higher vocational students in immersive labor education,to create the environmental atmosphere of immersive teaching in higher vocational labor education,to give full play to the value of the role of immersive teaching in higher vocational labor education,and to promote the virtual reality technology in the same direction and resonance with labor education.
