区间删失数据下威布尔混合模型的估计研究

摘　　要：威布尔分布在生存分析领域中有着广泛的应用.该文提出一种新的三参数威布尔分布的混合模型,在形状参数不同情况下构建混合模型,并运用EM算法在区间删失数据下,对三参数威布尔混合模型和在带有协变量情况下三参数威布尔回归混合模型进行估计研究.同时进行相应的数值模拟研究,验证了在有限样本下所提出方法的优良性.最后将所提模型运用到一组关于儿童牙齿健康的实际数据中,验证了所提模型的有效性,具有一定的现实意义.Weibull distribution has a wide range of applications in the field of survival analysis.In this paper,a new mixed model of three-parameter Weibull distribution is proposed.The mixed model is constructed under different shape parameters.The EM algorithm is used to estimate the three-parameter Weibull mixed model and the three-parameter Weibull regression mixed model with covariates with interval censored data.At the same time,the corresponding numerical simulation research is carried out to verify the superiority of the proposed method under limited samples.Finally,the model is applied to the final and the proposed model is applied to a set of actual data on children′s dental health,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed model and has certain practical significance.
