6种植物精油体外抑菌活性及抗氧化能力的比较研究

摘　　要：植物精油具有较强的抑菌和抗氧化作用,已成为替代抗生素使用的新型饲料添加剂,在饲料中具有广泛的应用前景。本实验研究了百里香酚、香芹酚、丁香酚、香兰素、肉桂醛及桉叶油等6种常见的植物精油对大肠杆菌、肠炎沙门氏菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌及产气荚膜梭菌的抑菌效果,测定了它们对DPPH自由基、ABTS自由基和超氧阴离子的清除率,并利用铁氰化钾法分析了6种植物精油还原力的大小,然后选择抑菌及抗氧化能力综合效果较好的2种植物精油进行复合,研究复合精油的抑菌和抗氧化效果。结果表明,百里香酚和肉桂醛具有较强的抑菌活性和自由基清除能力,且最佳复配比例是1∶1。Plant essential oil(PEO)possesses strong antibacterial and antioxidant effects,having become a new feed additive to replace antibiotics and has a wide application prospect in feed.In this study,the antibacterial effects of thymol,carvacrol,eugenol,vanillin,cinnamaldehyde and eucalyptus oil on Escherichia coli,Salmonella enteritidis,Salmonella typhimurium and Clostridium perfringens were investigated.The radical scavenging activity of PEO on DPPH,ABTS and superoxide anions were measured,and reducing power of PEO was analyzed by potassium ferricyanide method.Two PEO with better antibacterial and antioxidant effects were selected to obtain the optimal mixture ratio.The results indicated that thymol and cinnamaldehyde had strong antibacterial activity and free radical scavenging ability,and the optimal combination ratio was 1∶1.
