摘　　要：高等教育经费是国家用于发展高等教育事业的资源保障。对高等教育经费进行前瞻性研究和预测,是合理有效配置高等教育资源、高质量发展高等教育的必然要求。本文采用2020年人口普查等数据,对各级教育适龄人口数量和结构进行分析;在此基础上,结合高等教育规模发展目标、国际高等教育发展水平、我国高等教育经费的历史数据等相关指标,预测2024—2035年的高等教育经费需求,以及更长时间范围内适龄人口变化可能对经费需求产生的影响,旨在为未来高等教育发展的规模、学科结构及与之相关的经费需求提供参考依据。Higher education funding is crucial for guaranteeing the high-quality development of higher education.To allocate resources reasonably and effectively,a forward-looking study on higher education funding is essential.Based on the 2020 population census and other relevant data,this paper analyzes the number and structure of the school-age population at all levels over the next decade.Based on these findings,and incorporating the development goals of higher education,the development level of international higher education,historical funding data of China's higher education,and other relevant indicators,it forecasts the demand for higher education funding through 2035,as well as the possible impact on funding requirements in the future.The goal is to provide a reference for determining the scale and structure for the development of higher education in the future,as well as its related funding needs.
