摘　　要：深化课程思政建设是中医药院校落实立德树人、培养创新型人才的重要途径。生物化学实验课是中医学、中药学、中西医结合等多个专业的必修实践课,其内容紧密联系生活且蕴含丰富的思想政治教育元素,是中医院校开展课程思政教学改革的首选阵地。从提升教师课程思政建设的意识和能力、构建全过程融入思政教育的实验体系、完善教学评价等不同角度进行教学探索,充分挖掘课程所蕴含的思政元素,并取得良好教学效果。本文旨在构建知识学习、能力培养和价值引领三者融为一体的实验课程体系,为学校双一流建设和人才培养服务。Deepening the construction of curriculum ideology and politics is an effective strategy to implement the morality education and to cultivate innovative talents in traditional Chinese medicine universities.Biochemistry experiment is a compulsory practical course for majors in traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese pharmacy and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine etc,which is closely related to life and contains rich ideological and political education elements.The course is the preferred battlefield for traditional Chinese medicine colleges to carry out curriculum ideological and political education reform.The paper explores the reform from different perspectives,such as enhancing the awareness and ability of teachers in ideological and political education,constructing an experimental system that integrates ideological and political education and improving teaching evaluation.We have fully excavated the ideological and political elements contained in the course and achieved effective results.It aims to construct an experimental system that integrates knowledge learning,ability cultivation and value guidance,serving the construction of double first-class and talent cultivation.
