摘 要:目的 探讨粤港澳等地区临床病理大讲堂联合教学模式。方法 中山大学附属第一医院病理科面向粤港澳等地区临床病理科住院医师和基层医院病理医师,开展每周一次的线上线下相结合的临床病理大讲堂联合教学,通过反馈教学效果总结该教学方式。结果 通过三年多的积极开展和不断探索,该教学模式实现了临床病理知识传播的高效性、便捷性,促进了地区间交流与合作,有助于临床病理科住院医师和基层医院病理医师的培养。结论 临床病理大讲堂联合教学模式可促进区域临床病理科住院医师规范化培训,有助于培养更多优秀的病理医师。Objective To explore the joint teaching mode of clinical pathology lecture in Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and other areas.Methods We carried out the joint teaching of online and offline clinical pathology lecture each week for clinical pathology residents from Guangdong,Hong Kong,Macao and other areas based on Pathology Alliance,and summarized the experience of this teaching mode through the feedback of training effect.Results After 3 years of active carrying out and continuous exploration,the training mode achieved efficiency and convenience of clinical pathology knowledge dissemination and promoted the academic exchange and cooperation among areas,which contributed to the training for clinical pathology residents and pathology doctors from primary hospitals.Conclusion The joint training mode of clinical pathology lecture could promote the standardized training for pathology residents and contribute to training more excellent pathology doctors.
