摘 要:随着全国住院医师规范化培训工作的全面开展,我国医学模拟教育进入了快速发展期,培养高素质医学模拟教师成为国内医学模拟教育发展历程中的核心关键。该文通过国际公认的教师胜任力模型结合医学模拟教育者的角色,总结出医学模拟教师胜任力的定义及分类,详细阐述医学模拟教师应具备的五大核心技能,基于能力培养的规律结合国内临床医师的实际工作状态,从四个方面提出医学模拟教师的培养策略。With the comprehensive development of standardized training for residents nationwide,simulation-based medical education is developing rapidly in China.Cultivating high-quality simulation facilitators have become the key in the development of domestic simulation-based medical education.This article summarizes the definition and categories of simulation facilitators'competencies through teacher competency models combined with the role of healthcare simulation facilitators,elaborates on the five core skills that simulation facilitators should possess,and proposes training strategies for simulation facilitators from four aspects based on the law of ability acquirement and the actual work status of domestic clinical physicians.
