住院医师规范化培训阶段人文素养培养模式的探索

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)是毕业后医学教育的重要组成部分。住院医师人文素养的培养是岗位胜任力的重要内容,也是住培内涵质量建设的核心。该文以武汉大学中南医院住院医师规范化培训基地为例,紧扣核心岗位胜任为目标,分析目前人文素养培养现状,探索通过强化组织建设、锤炼师资队伍、打造多样化人文课堂、践行人文精神和优化考评体系五大方面构建人文素养培养模式。Standardized residency training is an important part of medical students'postgraduation education and the only way to train qualified doctors.The cultivation of humanistic quality is the key to improve their competency and the core value of residents training.This paper takes the base of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University as an example,closely focusing on the residents'competency,analyzing the current situation of humanistic literacy training,and exploring a new mode system through five aspects:strengthening organizational leadership,building diversified humanistic courses,practicing humanistic spirit,strengthening teachers and optimizing evaluation system.
