摘　　要：随着我国高校全面推行素质教育,对英语教育教学的要求越来越高,高校英语专业技术人员也逐步为我国经济与社会发展提供了中坚力量。高校英语教育教学正在不断探索与创新,这是伴随我国英语人才培养与输出形势下的前所未有的发展与完善。因此,要使英语专业相关人才能够更好地服务于社会,促进经济的发展,成为国家的栋梁,就需要在高校教学中充分构建以社会需求为导向的实践机制。With the comprehensive implementation of quality education in Chinese colleges and universities,the requirements for English education and teaching are geting higher and higher,and the English professional and technical personnel in colleges and universities have gradually provided a backbone for China's economic and social development.English education and teaching in colleges and universities are constantly exploring and innovating,which is an unprecedented development and improvement along with the training and export of English talents in China.Therefore,in order to make the English major related talents can better serve the society,promote the economic development,and become the pillars of the country,it is necessary to fully build a social demand-oriented practice mechanism in college teaching.
