高校构建“大思政课”育人支持体系探析

摘　　要：“大思政课”建设是一个复杂的系统工程,需要一系列保障措施和支持体系。高校是“大思政课”建设的基础性关键主体,要发挥自身优势,围绕思政课改革创新,建立善用“大思政课”的决策系统、管理系统、评价系统,形成“大思政课”育人支持体系。这对推动思政小课堂与社会大课堂相结合,助力“大思政课”建设,提升思政课育人实效有着重要的意义。构建“大思政课”育人支持体系,要从优化决策系统入手,明确深化思政课教学改革的思路,健全管理系统,完善评价系统,确保“大思政课”落细落小落实,推动思政课高质量发展,全面提升铸魂育人效果。The construction of the“great ideological and political course”is a complex system engineering that requires a series of guarantee measures and support systems.Universities are the fundamental and key entities in the construction of“great ideological and political course”.To form a support system for the“great ideological and political course”,universities should leverage their own advantages,focus on the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses,and make full use of the decision-making system,management system,evaluation system of the“great ideological and political course”.It is of great significance to promote the integration of ideological and political course with social institutions,assist in this course construction,and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.To build a support system for the education of“great ideological and political course”,it is necessary to start with optimizing the decision-making system,clarifying the ideas for deepening the reform of ideological and political course teaching,improving management system and evaluation system.In this way,we can ensure the implementation of the“great ideological and political course”in detail,promote the high-quality development of ideological and political courses,and comprehensively improve the effectiveness of soul casting and education.
