摘 要:作者以6个蓝莓重要亲本和70份遗传后代(包括正反交及半同胞系后代)为试材,利用电子鼻技术对果实香气物质进行检测,采用主成分分析(PCA)、线性判别分析(LDA)和负荷加载分析法(LO)评价蓝莓果实香气。结果表明,蓝莓果实中香气物质W1W(硫化物、萜烯类)响应值最高,其次是W1S(甲烷类)、W5S(氮氧化合物)、W2S(乙醇)。这4种传感器对应的香气物质对蓝莓香气贡献大。北高丛与南高丛蓝莓亲本香气物质存在较大差异,南高丛香气物质高于北高丛。两两亲本杂交的遗传后代香气物质存在广泛分离,LDA可解释近85%以上的变异,能区分出不同亲本的遗传后代,各杂交组合存在差异。其中‘布里吉塔’与N5的杂交组合Hi平均总响应值、超高亲率及优选率均最高,而‘伯克利’与N6的杂交组合Cj最低。说明Hi组合杂交后代果实香气明显浓于Cj组合,且易受低值亲本影响;Hi、Ai等同父异母半同胞系杂交后代与母本紧密聚类。初步判断香气物质遗传受母本影响大。筛选出Hi-1、Hi-2、Hi-5、Ad-5、Ja-3和Jc-126个香气浓郁的备选优系。The author used 6 important blueberry parents and 70 genetic offspring(including reciprocal crosses and half-sib progeny)were used as samples to detect the aroma compounds in fruit using electronic nose technology.Principal component analysis(PCA),linear discriminant analysis(LDA),and loading analysis(LO)were used to evaluate the aroma characteristics of blueberry fruit.The results indicate that,the aroma compound W1W(sulphur-organic,terpenes)in blueberry fruit had the highest response value and contributed the most to the first principal component,followed by W1S(broad-methane),W5S(broad range),and W2S(broad-alcohol).The aroma substances corresponding to these four sensors contribute significantly to the aroma of blueberriesThe northern highbush and southern highbush blueberry parents indicate significant differences in aroma compounds.There were large differences in aroma substances between the northern and southern highbush blueberry parents,with the southern highbush having higher aroma substances than the northern highbush.The aroma compounds of hybrid offspring from pairwise crosses showed wide separation,with LDA explaining over 85%of the variation and distinguishing between different parental progeny.There were differences among the hybrid combinations,with the‘Brigitta’and N5 combination(Hi)having the highest average total response value,high-affinity rate,and selection rate,while the‘Berkeley’and N6 combination(Cj)had the lowest values,indicating that the Hi combination had a stronger aroma in the hybrid offspring compared to the Cj combination and was more influenced by low-value parents.Half-sib progeny from the same father but different mothers,such as Hi and Ai,clustered closely with the maternal parent,suggesting that the maternal parent largely influences the inheritance of aroma compounds.Select six candidate progenies with a strong aroma,namely Hi-1,Hi-2,Hi-5,Ad-5,Ja-3 and Jc-12.
