设计心理学视角下的适老化住宅设计研究

摘　　要：随着最新一次人口普查的数据公布,我国老年人口比重呈现出持续上升的趋势。面对人口老龄化带来的养老问题,如何设计出适合老龄化人群生活的环境,是设计师需要优先考虑的问题。目前,我国适老化环境设计还处于探索阶段,亟需理论指导。设计心理学是在设计中研究人的心理因素,提供设计线索,从而引导设计结果更加科学化、有效化。对于适老化设计来说,设计师除了结合老年人的生理特征和行为特点进行设计外,心理学概念也是非常重要的理论工具。文章结合老年人住宅存在的问题,从老年人群特征、设计心理学与适老化设计原则关系等方面,探讨如何通过设计心理学使适老化住宅设计为老人提供正确的操作信息,让人与环境的交互更加顺畅,以此为适老化设计融入心理学概念提供一定借鉴。With the release of the latest census data,the proportion of the elderly population in China has shown a continuous upward trend.In the face of the pension problems brought by the aging population,how to design an environment suitable for the aging population is a priority for designers.At present,the design of aging environment in China is still in the exploration stage and needs theoretical guidance urgently.Design psychology is to study human psychological factors in design,provide design clues,and guide the design results to be more scientific and effective.In terms of aging design,in addition to combining the physiological and behavioral characteristics of the elderly,the designer also has psychological concepts as a very important theoretical tool.Combining with the problems existing in the housing for the elderly,this article discusses how to provide the elderly with correct operation information through design psychology and make the interaction between people and the environment more smooth,from the aspects of the characteristics of the elderly,the relationship between design psychology and the principles of aging design,and so on,so as to provide some reference for the aging design to integrate into the concept of psychology.
