摘 要:随着毫米波雷达的发展,对毫米波雷达天线的测试要求逐渐提高。本文针对目前基于机械臂毫米波天线测试系统测试时间长、效率低的现状,提出了测试探头连续扫描情况下多任务测试方案。核心思想是将全部测试任务预先存储在多任务仿真模块,通过机械臂到位脉冲外触发,测试任务按照时序依次被发送到天线阵面,同时外触发仪表进行数据采集。本文主要介绍了系统组成、关键模块设计和具体测试流程。通过与传统方案相比,在确保测试精度的前提下,此方案的测试效率显著提高。With the development of millimeter wave radar,the demand for testing millimeter wave radar antennas is gradually increasing.In response to the current situation of long testing time and low efficiency of millimeter wave antenna testing systems based on robotic arms,a multi task testing scheme is proposed under the condition of continuous scanning of testing probes.The core idea is to pre store all testing tasks in the multi-task simulation module,and trigger them externally through the robotic arm's positioning pulse.The testing tasks are sent to the antenna array in sequence in a sequential manner,while the external trigger instru-ment is used for data collection.The article mainly introduces the system composition,key module design,and specific testing process.Compared with traditional methods,this approach significantly improves testing effi-ciency while ensuring testing accuracy.
