摘　　要：高校生物学实验室因涉及大量生物样本,其安全性长期以来受到广泛关注。但高校生物学实验室安全管理方面,目前尚未有成熟的管理模式可借鉴。本研究将4R危机管理理论引入生物学实验室管理工作,按照4R理论“缩减-预备-反应-恢复”的不同阶段梳理实验室安全管理问题。针对安全管理问题制订管理办法和应急预案,以建立客观、有预见性、科学的实验室安全管理模式,为当前高校生物学实验室安全问题的应对和处置提供新的思路。University biological laboratory safety has long been widely concerned by the public because it involves a large number of biological samples.This study introduced the 4R crisis management theory into the biological laboratory management,and organized out the safety management problems according to the“reduction-readiness-r esponse-recovery”four stages of targeted management.Management measures and emergency plans for safety management problems were formulated in order to establish an objective,predictive,scientific laboratory safety management model.This paper will provide new management ideas for the response and disposal of safety problems in university biology laboratories.
