摘 要:分析药物化学学科自身特点,结合MOOC和超星学习通开展线上线下混合式教学。结合教学目标、大纲及学情分析,对课程进行精心设计,正确把握重点和难点,合理进行知识点分割与学时分配,对前期准备与设计、线上与线下各环节进行探究,全方位检测学习过程,强调过程性与发展性评价。构建以学生发展为中心、体现教学智慧与创新的师生教学共同体,努力培养学生自主学习、科学思维与团队合作能力。以《四环素类抗生素》《磺胺类抗菌药》章节为例,开展线上线下混合教学模式的实施与探究,取得了良好的教学效果。By analyzing the characteristics of medicinal chemistry course,combined with MOOC and Superstar Learning APP,blended teaching mode of online and offline was conducted.Through the analysis of teaching objective and learning conditions,combined with syllabus,the teaching objectives are set;the emphasis and difficulties are grasped properly,knowledge points are properly divided and class hour is distributed properly,and the preliminary preparation and design,online and offline methods,feedback and evaluation teaching mode are rationally used.It can comprehensively detect students’learning process in an all-round way,and emphasize process evaluation and developmental evaluation.The curriculum team construct a teacher-student learning community centered on students’development,embodying teaching wisdom and innovation,and strive to cultivate students’independent learning ability,scientific thinking ability,and teamwork spirit.Taking“tetracycline antibiotics”and“sulfonamides antibiotics”chapter as examples,this paper introduces the blended teaching mode and implementation process of online and offline,which has received good teaching effects.
