摘　　要：医疗保险基金与社会民生息息相关,直接关系着医保体系的运行状况。如何高效使用资金,提供更优质、更公平、更便捷的医疗保障体系是未来医疗保障行业所有从业者应该重点关注的方向。基于此,文章分析医疗保险基金财务管理工作中的现存问题,提出建构完善的医保数据分析模型、依法合规地使用医疗保险基金、健全财务内控机制、建立动态化监管机制、创设健全财务管理系统五个方面的措施,以针对性地解决现存问题。The medical insurance fund is closely related to the people's livelihood and directly related to the operation of the medical insurance system.How to use funds efficiently and provide a better,fairer and more convenient medical security system is the direction that all practitioners in the future medical security industry should focus on.Based on this,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the financial management of medical insurance fund,and proposes five measures in order to solve the existing problems:constructing a perfect medical insurance data analysis model,using medical insurance fund in accordance with the law,improving the financial internal control mechanism,establishing a dynamic supervision mechanism and creating a sound financial management system.
