高职实践课程小班化教学模式的探索与实践——以“化学实验技术”课程为例

摘  要:基于小班化教学优势,推行实践“化学实验技术”课程小班化教学改革。具体措施:小班分班,每班24人;按技能模块,重构教学内容;挖掘思政元素,融入教学内容;以学生为中心,开展线上线下混合式教学;构建多元化考核评价体系,教师严把考核关。线上平台使用率较往年提高了36%,实验室使用人次是往年的2.1倍,学生平均成绩较往年提高了13%。班级“1+X”技能证书考核通过率100%,校级以上的技能比赛获奖人数达52%。学生学习的主动性、学习成绩、职业素养明显提高,取得了良好的教学效果。形成了小班实践教学体系,为其他实践课程的教学提供参考。Based on the advantages of small-class teaching,the reform of small-class teaching of the practical course“Chemical Experimental Technology”was carried out.Specific measures are as follows:Divide the students into small classes,with 24 people in each class;Reconstruct teaching content according to skill modules;Excavate ideological and political elements and integrate them into teaching content;Take students as the center and carry out online and offline mixed teaching;Build a diversified assessment and evaluation system with teachers,strict check.The number of laboratory users is 2.1 times that of previous years.The utilization rate of online platforms has increased by 36%and the average score of students has increased by 13%compared with previous years.The passing rate of class“1+X”skill certificate examination reached 100%,and the number of winners of skill competitions above the school levels reached 52%.Students’learning initiative,learning achievements and professional quality have been significantly improved,and good teaching results have been achieved.A small-class practical teaching system has been formed,providing reference other practical courses.
