摘 要:举重训练作为一项对身体素质要求极高的体育运动项目,在青少年体育训练中占据重要地位。然而,在实际的青少年举重训练过程中,还存在着诸多不足之处,例如,训练强度不合理、训练周期和频率不足、缺乏核心和稳定性训练、忽视正确的举重技术等问题。鉴于此,该文将针对以上不足之处,结合现有研究和实践经验的分析,提出相应的改善对策,以期提高青少年举重训练效果。As a sport with high requirements for physical fitness,weightlifting training occupies an important position in youth sports training.However,there are many shortcoming in the process of actual youth weightlifting training,such as unreasonable training intensity,inscientific training cycles and frequency,the lack of core and stability training,and the neglect of proper weightlifting techniques.Therefor,in response to the above shortcomings,this article will propose corresponding improvement countermeasures in combination with existing research and practical experience,so as to improve the effect of youth weightlifting training.
