摘 要:史诗《格萨尔王》是藏民族身份认同的重要媒介,阿来重述《格萨尔王》,是回到民族赖以生存的符号秩序中,弥合在全球化浪潮下的民族身份认同问题。通过晋美与格萨尔王的两条线索的叙述,阿来以“传统”定位民族身份,但返魅与建构先后两种方式的矛盾,导致文本意义自我瓦解。这源于阿来对返魅的执着,致使他将他者约化为现代。但讲述本身并非失去意义,表达的困境反而为人们提供了解“读懂西藏人的眼神”的另一面。The epic The Song of King Gesar is an important medium for the Xizang ethnic identity recognition.Alai’s retelling of The Song of King Gesar returned to the symbolic order on which the nation depends for survival to bridge the problem of national identity in the tide of globalization.Through the narration of Jigme and King Gesar,Alai defines the national identity as traditional,but the contradiction between recharm and construction leads to the self-disintegration of the text meaning.This stems from Alai’s insistence on reenchantment,which leads him to reduce the other to modernity.However,the narration itself does not lose its meaning,and the dilemma of expression provides people with another side to understanding“reading the eyes of the Xizang people”.
