新职教法背景下的高职院校“3+1”创业教育模式研究

摘  要:新职教法指出,职业学校应当建立健全就业创业促进机制,采取多种形式为学生提供职业规划、职业体验、求职指导等就业创业服务,增强学生就业创业能力。以贯彻新职教法为契机,深度挖掘新职教法对创业教育的新要求,探讨新职教法背景下创业教育在实际应用中存在的问题,并提出“3+1”创业教育模式及其保障措施,以期为高职院校的创业教育和人才培养提供借鉴。The new vocational education law stipulates that vocational schools should establish comprehensive mechanisms to pro-mote employment and entrepreneurship,providing students with various forms of services such as career planning,vocational experi-ence,and job-seeking guidance to enhance their employment and entrepreneurship abilities.Seizing the opportunity to implement the new vocational education law,this study deeply explores the new requirements for entrepreneurship education and discusses the prac-ti-cal challenges of entrepreneurship education under the backdrop of the new vocational education law.It proposes the 3+1 entrepre-neurship education model and outlines its safeguard measures,offering valuable insights for entrepreneurship education and talent cul-tivation in higher vocational colleges.
