摘 要:为进一步探究如何提升船舶舵机电液伺服系统的运行质量,从故障诊断的角度着手,探究如何对常见的阀控型船舶舵机电液伺服系统进行故障隔离,以提升故障诊断效果。基于实际需要,通过建模分析后,成功建立一种多观测模型同步协作的故障隔离方法。从仿真测试结果来看,各个观测模型在故障隔离方面发挥出较优性能,证明了该故障隔离方法在理论上的可行性,预计该方法在后续工作中也将具有潜在的实际应用价值。In order to further explore how to improve the operation quality of the ship's rudder electro-hydraulic servo system,the article starts from the perspective of fault diagnosis,and explores how to isolate the faults of the common valve-controlled ship's rudder electro-hydraulic servo system,in order to improve the effect of fault diagnosis.Based on the practical needs,this study successfully establishes a multi-observation model synchronous collaboration fault isolation method after modelling analysis.From the simulation test results,each observation model shows better performance in fault isolation,which proves the theoretical feasibility of the fault isolation method,and it is expected that the method will have potential practical application value in the subsequent work.
