大学生劳动观教育融入高校思政课的机理与路径

摘　　要：加强大学生劳动观教育是建立健全教育体系的国家需求,是落实立德树人根本任务的教育需求,也是大学生全面发展的个体需求。高校思政课与大学生劳动观教育在教育内容、教育目标及教育方式方法上的逻辑关联,是二者融合的内在机理。对此,从明确高校思政课中劳动观教育目标,提高思政课教师的劳动观理论素养和教育能力,挖掘思政课程中大学生劳动观教育资源,以及灵活运用教学方法四个方面提出大学生劳动观教育融入高校思政课的路径,以增进高校思政课中大学生劳动观教育的实效。Strengthening labor education for college students is a national requirement for establishing a sound education system,an educational requirement for fulfilling the fundamental task of moral education,and an individual requirement for the comprehensive development of college students.The logical connection between higher education ideological and political courses and labor education for college students in terms of educational content,educational objectives,and educational methods is the intrinsic mechanism for the integration of the two.In this regard,a path for integrating labor education for college students into higher education ideological and political courses is proposed from four aspects:clarifying the objectives of labor education in ideological and political courses,improving the theoretical literacy and teaching ability of ideological and political course teachers in labor education,tapping resources for labor education for college students in the curriculum of ideological and political courses,and flexibly applying teaching methods.This aims to enhance the effectiveness of labor education for college students in higher education ideological and political courses.
