摘  要:食品安全事关人们的身体健康和生命安全,是社会稳定和经济发展的重要基础。随着生活水平的不断提高和食品产业的快速发展,人们对食品安全的需求和关注度日益提高。然而,当前食品安全问题仍然严峻,食品生产经营环节存在的违法违规行为、食品添加剂滥用、农产品农药残留超标等问题时有发生,给人们的生命健康带来了严重威胁。对此,本文简要分析当前我国食品安全监管面临的挑战,提出食品安全监管体系优化与创新策略,以期能提高我国食品安全监管水平,防范食品安全问题。Food safety is related to the physical health and life safety of the people,and is an important foundation for social stability and economic development.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the rapid development of the food industry,people’s demand and attention to food safety are increasing day by day.However,the current food safety problem is still serious,the illegal behavior of food production and operation,the abuse of food additives,agricultural pesticide residues and other problems occur from time to time,bringing serious threats to people’s lives and health.Therefore,this paper briefly analyzes the challenges faced by food safety supervision in China,and proposes the optimization and innovation strategies of food safety supervision system,in order to improve our country’s food safety supervision and prevent food safety problems.
