摘  要:目的:建立一种保健食品中左旋肉碱的核磁定量方法。方法:采用水峰压制核磁脉冲序列采集样品氢谱,以3-(三甲基硅基)氘代丙酸钠(TMSP)为内标物质,建立左旋肉碱定量方程。结果:标准曲线为Y=0.331 5X-0.125 1,左旋肉碱在0.10~50.00 g·L^(-1)线性良好,相关系数R^(2)=0.999 9,检出限为0.002 g·L^(-1),定量限为0.006 g·L^(-1),加标回收率为95%~99%。测定了8个市售含左旋肉碱样品,核磁定量结果与标签值相对偏差小于1%。通过高效液相色谱证明了本方法的可行性和准确性。结论:基于核磁共振技术可以对保健类食品中左旋肉碱进行定量分析,操作简便,数据可靠,可为企业和相关监管部门提供参考。Objective:To develop a quantitative nuclear magnetic resonance method(qNMR)for analyzing L-carnitine in healthy food.Method:The 1H NMR spectra were collected using the water suppression sequence,and the quantitative equation of L-carnitine was established with 3-(trimethylsilyl)sodium deuteropropionate(TMSP)as the internal standard substance.Result:The quantification curve for L-carnitine is Y=0.3315X-0.1251.The molar concentration of L-carnitine shows good linearity within the range from 0.10 g·L^(-1) to 50.00 g·L^(-1),with a correlation coefficient of R^(2)=0.9999.The detection limit is 0.002 g·L^(-1),the quantification limit is 0.006 g·L^(-1),and the spike recovery rate is from 95%to 99%.Eight commercial samples containing L-carnitine were analyzed,showing a relative deviation of less than 1%between the qNMR results and the labeled values.The feasibility and accuracy of the qNMR method were confirmed by HPLC.Conclusion:The quantitative analysis of L-carnitine in health food based on nuclear magnetic resonance technology is simple and reliable,and can provide reference for enterprises and relevant regulatory departments.
