2021—2023年阳山县8~10岁儿童碘营养水平分析

摘　　要：目的:分析2021—2023年阳山县8~10岁儿童的碘营养水平。方法:对2021—2023年阳山县8~10岁儿童的甲状腺检查、尿碘水平及家庭食盐情况进行研究,并对数据进行分析。结果:2021—2023年,阳山县8~10岁儿童的尿碘中位数依次为217.0 μg·L^(-1)、173.6 μg·L^(-1)和221.0 μg·L^(-1)。2022年碘摄入不足的比例为21.50%;而2021年和2023年碘摄入过量比例较高,分别为27.50%和24.00%。本研究中家庭碘盐覆盖率为100.0%(2021年)、99.0%(2022年)和100.0%(2023年)。2022年家庭使用合格碘盐比例最低(98.99%)。2021年和2023年家庭合格碘盐的食用率均为100.0%。在抽样的600名儿童中,均无甲状腺肿。结论:阳山县儿童碘营养状况总体良好,但存在碘摄入过量和不足的问题,需加强碘盐监管和营养教育,以保障儿童健康成长。Objective:To understand the iodine nutrition level of children in the Yangshan county accurately and comprehensively,to guide iodine supplementation scientifically and evaluate its prevention and control effect.Method:Data of thyroid examination,urinary iodine level and household salt monitoring in children aged 8~10 years from 2021 to 2023 in Yangshan county were investigated and analyzed.Result:From 2021 to 2023,the median urinary iodine levels of children aged 8 to 10 in Yangshan county were 217.0μg·L^(-1),173.6μg·L^(-1) and 221.0μg·L^(-1),respectively.The proportion of insufficient iodine intake in 2022 will be 21.50%;the excess iodine intake in 2021 and 2023 was 27.50%and 24.00%respectively.Household iodized salt coverage in this study was 100.0%(2021),99.0%(2022),and 100.0%(2023).In 2022,the proportion of qualified iodized salt used in households was the lowest(98.99%).The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in households in 2021 and 2023 is 100.0%.None of the 600 children sampled had goiter.Conclusion:The iodine nutrition status of children in Yangshan county is good in general,but the problem of excessive and insufficient iodine intake exists.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of iodized salt and nutrition education to ensure the healthy growth of children.
