摘  要:通过优化《食品安全国家标准食品中泛酸的测定》(GB 5009.210—2023)中微生物法测定婴幼儿奶粉中泛酸含量的关键实验条件和步骤,提高数据的重复性和准确性。结果表明,优化后,重复性实验的相对标准偏差为1.36%~2.38%,加标回收率在99.2%~104.2%,解决了国标法因菌种生长差异导致菌悬液浓度不稳定等问题,有效提高了检测数据的稳定性。The reproducibility and accuracy of the data were improved by optimizing the key test conditions and steps for the determination of pantothenic acid content in infant milk powder by microbial method in GB 5009.210—2023.The results showed that after optimization,the relative standard deviation of the repeatability test was 1.36%~2.38%,and the recovery rate of the spike was 99.2%~104.2%,which solved the problem of unstable bacterial suspension concentration caused by the difference in bacterial growth in the national standard method,and effectively improved the stability and reliability of the detection data.
