食品检验检测中残留农药快速检测方法研究

摘　　要：为了提升食品安全性,本文阐述残留农药的危害、残留农药检测方法的分类,分析基于免疫分析技术的残留农药快速检测方法以及基于传感技术的残留农药快速检测方法,并对比与评价残留农药快速检测方法的性能与适用性,展望快速检测方法的发展趋势,以期为相关人员提供参考。In order to improve food safety,this paper describes the hazards of pesticide residues and the classification of detection methods for pesticide residues,analyzes the rapid detection methods for pesticide residues based on immunoassay technology and the rapid detection methods based on sensing technology,compares and evaluates the performance and applicability of rapid detection methods for pesticide residues,and looks forward to the development trend of rapid detection methods,in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
